Valgard is led by Dan Turbeville, a third-generation commercial fence contractor and president of Memphis Fence Company. After years of living the bids, takeoffs, field coordination, and back-office paperwork that run a contracting business, he started building the AI and software he wished existed.

That work turned into real, running systems — automated bid intake, AI-driven plan and specification review, automated field reporting, and custom business apps. Valgard exists to bring those same tools to other contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, and trades businesses.

The philosophy is simple: software should fit how you actually work — not force you to change your business to fit a generic product. Every build starts with the real problem and ends with something that saves you time on Monday morning.
